Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Operative from an Aggregate or Quarrying environment looking for your next permanent role? We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our fantastic team at our Tarmac Plant in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The site is easily accessible from Banbury, Bicester, Bodicote, Kidlington, Oxford, Brackley, Moreton‑in‑Marsh, Stratford‑on‑Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibility
- All operational activities within a manufacturing environment
- Meeting daily production target requirements
- Supporting all site KPI's including quality, Health and Safety, site housekeeping
- Supporting and working alongside our site fitter on basic operator lead maintenance
- Weighbridge duties
- Housekeeping and delivering excellent site standards
- Working with a team focused on great customer service, especially providing good quality material and on‑time deliveries to a varied customer base
- Carrying out inspections on the plant and carry out housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance
- Ensuring stocks are replenished and maintained to good levels
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous plant operational experience
- Be flexible and able to demonstrate a can‑do attitude
- Possess initiative and be able to think for themselves
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be a team player and an effective communicator
- Be confident using various IT applications
- Ideally hold a forklift truck and loading shovel licence (training will be given to the right candidate)
- Have a good attitude towards Health and Safety and the environment
- Be hardworking and willing to learn new skills
