We are currently recruiting a Contract Administrator to join our contracting team, based at our Leyton Depot in Walthamstow. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Contract Administrator, you will provide high‑level administrative support to the wider contracting team, playing a key role in ensuring contracts are efficiently and effectively supported. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the overall contract administration team with day‑to‑day administrative activities
- Managing timesheets for both permanent and temporary workers
- Updating team trackers to ensure all contracts remain fully supported
- Prioritising and multitasking daily duties with minimal supervision
- Maintaining proactive and effective communication across your area of responsibility
- Managing administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, collating and formatting scanned documents, and filing electronically in the appropriate folders
- Providing administrative support to help maintain efficient, safe and cost‑effective contract activities
- Complying with company Health & Safety policies, proactively tracking mandatory training, and reporting unsafe or hazardous working practices
- Supporting professional platform and social media activities as required

Essential experience and skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience of working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships
You will also demonstrate:
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills and contribute to both personal and business goals
- Good interpersonal skills and clear oral and written communication
