As a Trainee Sales Representative at Tarmac, youll be part of a dynamic Commercial team, learning the ropes, building strong customer relationships, and helping us exceed our sales goals. What Youll Be Doing
- Creating and pricing customer quotations using our IT systems
- Following up on enquiries to convert them into confirmed orders
- Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally
- Learning about our products and how we sell them
- Reviewing customer accounts to spot new sales opportunities
- Collaborating with your team to deliver top-tier customer service
- Attending customer meetings and trade events to represent Tarmac

Your Development
Apprenticeships at Tarmac are more than just training - theyre a launchpad for your future. Youll gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and earn a recognised qualification, all while bringing fresh ideas and energy to your team!
Qualification: Level 4 Sales Executive qualification. This course will be delivered by the Tarmac Commercial Academy using a day-release format.
Youll also join our Skills Development Programme, designed to boost your business knowledge, strengthen your core skills, and connect you with other trainees and leaders across Tarmac.
