What You’ll Be Doing

  • Complete a Level 4 commercial qualification through a structured apprenticeship
  • Learn how to price and generate customer quotations using internal systems
  • Support in converting quotations into contracts
  • Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries professionally
  • Gain a broad understanding of Tarmac’s products and services
  • Work collaboratively across commercial and quantity surveying teams
  • Take part in role rotations to build wider business knowledge
  • Represent Tarmac in customer interactions and industry events
  • Contribute to team targets and customer service excellence
