Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? We're looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Colchester. Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.
Be Doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Creating and negotiating quotations for aggregate and asphalt materials
- Meeting KPIs for sales, value-added products, and call volumes
- Working collaboratively to support a high-performing, one-team culture
