This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Research and Development, commercial insight, and technical excellence, helping deliver high-performance, sustainable concrete solutions that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry.

As a VAP Mix Designer, you'll lead the design, testing, and deployment of advanced concrete products:

  • Evaluate designs against performance, cost, and commercial viability
  • Ensure compliance through audits and testing protocols
  • Deliver technical training to product support and operational teams
  • Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence in all activities
  • Strong understanding of Readymix testing processes and corrective actions
  • Ability to translate technical performance into practical, scalable solutions

Concrete-related qualification e.g. Concrete Society, University Certificate in Concrete Technology (advantageous). Knowledge and experience of concrete products, processes, applications and best practice are essential.
