Meeting daily production target requirements.
Supporting all site KPI's including quality, Health and Safety, and site housekeeping.
Supporting and working alongside our site fitter on basic operator lead maintenance.
Housekeeping and delivering excellent site standards.
Working with a team focused on great customer service, especially providing good quality material and on-time deliveries to a varied customer base.
Carrying out inspections on the plant and performing housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance.
Ensuring stocks are replenished and maintained to good levels.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Multi Skilled Operative will have previous plant operational experience. You will also:
- Be flexible and able to demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Possess initiative and be able to think for themselves.
- Hold a full UK driving Licence.
- Be a team player and an effective communicator.
- Ideally have a forklift truck and loading shovel licence (training will be given to the right candidate).
- Have a good attitude towards Health and Safety and the environment.
- Be hard-working and willing to learn new skills.
