What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond swiftly and safely to plant breakdowns, delivering high-quality repairs.
  • Implement permanent solutions for temporary fixes to improve long-term reliability.
  • Drive enhancements in plant performance and proactive maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and support root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring failures.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re an experienced mechanical maintenance professional with a passion for engineering excellence.
  • You’ll bring demonstrable experience in a similar maintenance role, including fabrication and welding.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices; hydraulics and pneumatics experience a plus.
  • Apprentice-trained Level 3, ONC/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with TPM methodology, Continuous Improvement, and predictive maintenance.
  • Experience using CMMS systems and confidence in Root Cause Analysis.
  • A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
