  • Preparing and managing documentation, reports and submissions required for internal approvals and governance forums
  • Ensuring land disposals comply with internal policies, legal, planning and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a subject-matter point of contact on land disposals processes for stakeholders across the business
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls and drive consistency across land disposal activity

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is highly organised, process-driven and confident working with senior stakeholders. You will ideally bring:

  • Experience managing processes, governance or programmes within land, property, development or a similarly regulated environment
  • A solid understanding of land, estates or development activities, with an appreciation of the risks and controls involved in disposals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior leaders and professional advisers
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly around compliance, reporting and documentation
