Position Overview
Ready to build a career in sales, customer service and construction materials? If you have experience in inbound/outbound sales or customer service, are target‑driven, and comfortable working to KPIs, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with a range of customers
- Preparing and managing quotations for aggregates and asphalt products
- Negotiating pricing and maximising sales opportunities
- Delivering a high standard of customer service every time
- Working to sales targets and KPIs, including value‑added products and call performance
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver a 'one team' approach
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales, telesales, or customer service environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- The ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively
- Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- A performance‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
