Join Our Team in Snodland, Kent. Be the Driving Force Behind Our Asphalt Operations! Are you a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Operative looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment where no two days are the same? We're currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative at our asphalt plant in Snodland, Kent. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the site, including:
- Mixing asphalt using advanced computer systems
- Operating the weighbridge
- Driving mobile plant
- Supporting various site operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
Reporting to the Section Manager, you'll play a key role in helping the team meet production targets and maintain high standards across the site by:
- Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality materials and timely deliveries to customers
- Conducting inspections and taking action on any defects
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the site
- Adhering to all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures
Overtime is available to support production needs.
Experience in Asphalt, Readymix, or industrial manufacturing environments is preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn; training will be provided for the right candidate.
