Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join our UK-wide team.
You will oversee day-to-day estate management for industrial and commercial property, negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews and generating rental income from the land portfolio.
You will work across the country with hybrid working arrangements, travel as required, and contribute to cost management, external consultant supervision, and property strategy at group level.
