Youll lead a team, manage budgets, and make sure our customers receive the high-quality products and service they expect. Driving a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and risk assessments, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Systems of Work Managing stock control, operational reporting, and budget performance Coaching and developing a high-performing team Supporting commercial teams to deliver excellent customer service Leading continuous improvement initiatives and change projects Proven experience in asphalt operations and plant management SHE NVQ Level 4/QCF Level 6andIOSH/NEBOSH qualifications desirable Proficiencyin SAP and Microsoft Office A proactive approach to leadership, with the ability to manage change and drive performance and continuous improvement Ifyoureready to take the next step in your career and help us build a sustainable future, apply today.
