We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team. You will be predominantly based at our offices in Colchester, but at times will also be required to travel to our site in Snodland, Kent. This role comes with a company car.
The Facilities Coordinator will be a highly visible role, responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, visitors and contractors using the office facilities in the Southeast. In addition to this role, a key requirement will be on diary/calendar management of the southeast senior leadership team to maximise management time within the region.
- Ensuring the South-East offices meet all Health & Safety standards and comply with all legal requirements.
- Ensuring all service provider contracts including security and cleaning are optimised for service delivery.
- Ensuring that the Environmental, Quality and Safety Management systems and procedures are understood and enacted.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues.
- Managing and coordinating the Senior leadership team diary, to maximise management time within the region.
A IOSH Managing Safely or Facilities Management Qualification is preferred.
Full / Clean driving licence is required.
Experience of managing an office or other such facility is preferred.
Statutory Inspection knowledge in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
