What you will be doing...
- As a H&S Graduate, you will rotate across key business areas, including:
- Operations (Quarry, Cement Plants, Packed Products)
- Engineering
- Logistics
You will gain practical experience by:
- Supporting the management of our Business H&S Management System to ISO 45001 standards.
- Helping communicate and roll out H&S initiatives, standards, and procedures.
- Providing on-site H&S presence across multiple locations.
- Reviewing incident statistics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting site audits and engaging with contractors and customers.
- Participating in cross-functional projects that impact real-world infrastructure.
- Working across multiple sites, with potential for wider opportunities through CRH.
- Taking part in Tarmac's Graduate Core Skills Development Programme, building leadership, business understanding and professional networks.
