As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone and email with speed and accuracy
  • Creating positive experiences with every interaction
  • Performing precise data entry and sales processing
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Spotting opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Communicating with departments like Finance, Depot, and Purchasing
  • Supporting product delivery and contributing to business success
  • Building product knowledge and sharing insights with stakeholders

This is a Monday to Friday role, with a rostered Saturday morning (worked from home). After successful training, you'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working as part of a team rotation.
