As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and driving sales performance from our Mountsorrel Hub.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with a range of customers
- Preparing and managing quotations for aggregates and asphalt products
- Negotiating pricing and maximising sales opportunities
- Delivering a high standard of customer service every time
- Working to sales targets and KPIs, including value‑added products and call performance
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver a "one team" approach
