We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team. You will be based at either our Stancombe or Hendy office - both offering a supportive, collaborative environment within a market-leading business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Preparing quotations for Asphalt and Aggregates products
- Negotiating prices and ensuring competitive, customer-focused solutions
- Working to agreed performance targets and KPIs
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Supporting a small, dedicated team as part of a shared success culture
