Customer Service Coordinator in Birtley

You'll play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries and ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-focused transport operation. Whatyou'llbe doing

• Receiving and processing ReadyMix concrete orders
• Scheduling deliveries to meet customer requirements
• Providing customers with updates and outstanding service
• Working closely with transport, logistics and production teams
• Coordinating third-party haulage and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Building strong relationships with haulage suppliers and stakeholders
• Supporting medium and long-term planning to meet customer demand
