We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our fantastic team at our Tarmac Plant in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The site is easily accessible from Banbury, Bicester, Bodicote, Kidlington, Oxford, Brackley, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stratford-on-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibility
- All operational activities within a manufacturing environment
- Meeting daily production target requirements
- Supporting all site KPIs including quality, Health and Safety, site housekeeping
- Supporting and working alongside our site fitter on basic operator lead maintenance
- Weighbridge duties
- Housekeeping and delivering excellent site standards
- Working with a team focused on great customer service, especially providing good quality material and on-time deliveries to a varied customer base
- Carrying out inspections on the plant and carry out housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenance
- Ensuring stocks are replenished and maintained to good levels
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous plant operational experience
- Be flexible and able to demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Possess initiative and be able to think for themselves
- Hold a full UK driving Licence
- Be a team player and an effective communicator
- Be confident using various IT applications
- Ideally to have a forklift truck and loading shovel licence (training will be given to the right candidate)
- Have a good attitude towards Health and Safety and the environment
- Hard working and willing to learn new skills
