Transformation Manager
£50,000–£65,000 + comprehensive benefits package
London | Hybrid 2–3 days onsite

The Transformation Manager will lead critical, cross‑functional projects that accelerate the organisation’s strategic goals. From idea to execution, you’ll take full ownership of delivery – bringing clarity to ambiguity and driving tangible, measurable results.
Role Highlights
– Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects – from discovery through to transition into BAU
– Deliver high‑profile initiatives across commercial, ops, tech, finance and HR teams
– Shape transformation “ways of working” across the organisation, including governance and reporting
– Execute business analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods
