Due to continued growth and increasing demand for transaction advisory expertise, they are expanding their senior leadership team and seeking an experienced Associate Director to help lead high-profile engagements. The Associate Director – Transactions will lead complex M&A transformation programmes, helping clients navigate integrations, separations, carve-outs and divestments from strategy through to implementation while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
