We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting/project delivery team. The Programme Manager will be responsible for full business transformation programme of work including the change management process within the business.
- Full programme lifecycle ownership, from inception to deployment and handover to BAU support
- Client leadership through the project, providing expert guidance, advice and negotiation where required
- Cost estimating and budget management
- Construction of detailed work plans coupled with activity and resource planning
- Working with wider teams to deliver projects creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Management of project managers and multiple workstreams
- Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion – delivering to time, quality and budget
- Experience of delivering Agile SaaS projects is ideal
- At least 3 days working from home a week
