Senior Manager – Healthcare consulting
£90,000 to £105,000 + 10% bonus

The firm serves the entire healthcare sector, from healthcare systems and life sciences to health tech and sector suppliers. They provide end-to-end services, spanning strategy, finance, performance, organisational improvement, data and digital.
Our client is looking to hire a Healthcare Senior Manager that has a strong background delivering operational change programmes within the NHS. In this strategic role, your insights and leadership will be crucial in crafting solutions to complex problems, delivering sustainable improvements, and advancing population health outcomes.
Position overview & required background:
- 8+ years of Management Consulting experience, this can be blended with some NHS work.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector is essential.
- Experience within operational restructuring, design and execution of major strategic transformations, development of healthcare business models, performance and financial improvement; workforce development; and digital and data programmes.
- Leading client engagements from strategy development to end-to-end deliverable creation.
- Lead on business development activities including opportunity identification/qualification and proposal development/presentation.
- Support practice building efforts such as recruitment, mentoring and contributing to performance management and training.
The logistics:
