The Senior Consultant will collaborate with client teams at all levels, leading process improvements and delivering measurable change. This role focuses on results, not just reports, ensuring long-lasting, visible change on-site. You will lead workstreams, map processes, analyse data, and conduct training sessions, working closely with a Project Manager.
The Senior Consultant will:
- Work collaboratively with senior management and front-line staff on change projects
- Lead process mapping, data analysis, and on-site training
- Deliver sustainable, measurable change for clients and their customers
- Drive multiple workstreams under a Project Manager’s guidance
- Ensure high-level client satisfaction through hands-on engagement

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills across all levels
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks independently
