The Senior Consultant will collaborate with client teams at all levels, leading process improvements and delivering measurable change. This role focuses on results, not just reports, ensuring long-lasting, visible change on-site. You will lead workstreams, map processes, analyse data, and conduct training sessions, working closely with a Project Manager.

The Senior Consultant will:

  • Work collaboratively with senior management and front-line staff on change projects
  • Lead process mapping, data analysis, and on-site training
  • Deliver sustainable, measurable change for clients and their customers
  • Drive multiple workstreams under a Project Manager’s guidance
  • Ensure high-level client satisfaction through hands-on engagement

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in delivering tangible change projects with multiple workstreams
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills across all levels
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks independently
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site (Monday-Thursday)
