Senior Business Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Business Analyst will:

1. Conduct detailed business process analysis, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE workflows.
2. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit and validate business requirements.
3. Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
4. Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with technical teams and business units to ensure successful solution implementation.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in business analysis using established methodologies.
2. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience running workshops.
3. Knowledge of business process modelling tools and techniques.
4. Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
