Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.
The Senior Business Analyst will:
- Conduct detailed business process analysis, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE workflows.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit and validate business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business units to ensure successful solution implementation.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis using established methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience running workshops.
- Knowledge of business process modelling tools and techniques.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
