Role:
The Revenue Manager supports the Director of Revenue Management by analysing customer data, optimising CRM systems, and improving profitability strategies to drive commercial excellence across the business' network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Journey Analytics: Identify trends, enhance account management, and refine pricing strategies.
- Customer Profitability Analysis: Assess profitability, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
- CRM Optimisation & Cross-Selling: Improve CRM adoption, track capacity utilisation, and drive cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years in analytics (consulting, logistics, or commercial roles preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
