Project Manager

£60,000 – 75,000

We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting/project delivery team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of your assigned project from start-up, through to execution and close-down, to the required standard of quality and within specified constraints of time and costs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full project lifecycle ownership, from inception to deployment and handover to BAU support
  • Client leadership through the project, providing expert guidance, advice and negotiation where required
  • Cost estimating and budget management
  • Construction of detailed work plans coupled with activity and resource planning
  • Communication of progress across all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with wider teams to deliver projects creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of the Energy sector
  • Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion – delivering to time, quality and budget
  • Experience of delivering Agile SaaS projects
  • Experience of delivering tech-lead transformation projects is essential
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and a good problem-solver, with a structured approach to formulate the best outcome
  • Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Commercially-minded

Logistics:

  • At least 3 days working from home a week
  • A few days a month in Windsor
  • A few days a month in Nottingham
