We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector. Weβre looking for a highly capable PMO Manager to play a key role in driving the success of complex, high-impact transformation projects within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role sits at the heart of strategic change initiatives and offers the opportunity to build and shape the PMO function from the ground up. Youβll be working across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines align, risks are managed, and senior stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and run the PMO function, defining processes, standards, and reporting frameworks to support effective project delivery.
- Partner with workstream leads to ensure cross-functional alignment on timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Lead program-level reporting β including preparation of high-quality status updates and board packs for senior leadership and steering committees.
- Coordinate onboarding and resourcing across the program to ensure appropriate staffing and support.
- Track key metrics such as progress against plan, risks and issues, and decision logs.
- Act as a central point of contact for delivery governance and program-level assurance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and more efficient ways of working.
