Our Client - an industry leading, financial services consultancy, have engaged us on an Onboarding / KYC project team build for one of their Insurance Clients.
We're looking for an Interim Programme Director / Manager to lead on a client onboarding initiative, (immediate start - with initial 4 month scope piece, followed by implementation phase) which will see you spearhead change across full lifecycle client onboarding - to rationalise process and procedure across a distributed client organisation, amalgamating the organisation and focusing on KYC: AML, CTF, APF and ESG.
Key project objectives below:
- Identify and set definitions for the data points we need to capture to meet our IPO due diligence, regulatory, financial crime, and ESG-related requirements.
- Capture and maintain accurate, complete, and validated data across all onboarding entities to meet regulatory, financial crime, and ESG-related requirements.
- Enable monitoring and oversight of financial crime, regulatory and ESG risks and supplier integrity - supporting transparency, in line with stakeholder expectations and sustainability commitments.
- Align with their enterprise-wide risk appetite statements and control frameworks.
- Leverage existing in-house resources, platforms, and technologies to ensure efficiency, scalability, and minimal duplication.
You will scope, plan, lead, manage and report across the entirety of the project, with a support team that consists of two Workstream Leads - one 'current state' and one 'future state' and five Onboarding SMEs / BAs. These SMEs will each have a separate focus area.
You will be someone with previous experience of Onboarding / KYC / AML transformations / projects into Insurance, and the gravitas & skill to balance the client service / relationship with the long-term risk insulation of the Firm.
