Operating within complex, high-pressure environments, they support portfolio companies and investment teams to unlock performance through leadership assessment, executive alignment and strategic advisory services. Following sustained growth and increasing client demand, they are expanding their senior consulting team.
This Partner will operate as a senior trusted adviser to investors, CEOs and executive teams, delivering commercially impactful leadership insight during pivotal moments of business growth and transformation. This role combines strategic client leadership, business development and hands-on advisory delivery, making it ideal for someone who brings both commercial credibility and a strong psychological foundation.

- Deliver executive-level advisory work across leadership assessment, team alignment and acceleration
- Drive commercial growth through strategic business development and client expansion

- Mentor and develop Consultants and Principals while maintaining exceptional delivery standards
- Demonstrated experience within leadership advisory, executive consulting or organisational psychology
- A strong background in psychology, behavioural science or leadership assessment methodologies
- Proven credibility working with CEOs, boards and private equity stakeholders
- Private equity experience
- Excellent commercial awareness alongside relationship management and business development capability
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to influence at C-Suite and investor level
