Our client is a leading consultancy delivering large-scale operational transformations across both public and private sectors. Their work spans multi-million-pound programmes that consistently deliver measurable impact, with consultants embedded on site to ensure sustainable outcomes. The Senior Manager will take responsibility for leading major client engagements, accountable for driving significant value – often £5m or more. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee governance, and act as the senior interface with client sponsors. This is a position for an experienced consultant who has delivered complex transformations and is ready to assume ownership of outcomes at scale.
Role Highlights
- Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, managing teams of up to 8 consultants
- Direct programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive level
- Guide data-driven analysis and presentation of insights to senior stakeholders
- Develop and mentor consultants, supporting long-term career progression within the team

- Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes with measurable outcomes
