The Senior Manager will take responsibility for leading major client engagements, accountable for driving significant value – often £5m or more. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, oversee governance, and act as the senior interface with client sponsors. This is a position for an experienced consultant who has delivered complex transformations and is ready to assume ownership of outcomes at scale.
Role Highlights
- Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, managing teams of up to 8 consultants
- Direct programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement at executive level
- Guide data-driven analysis and presentation of insights to senior stakeholders
