We are excited to be partnering with our specialist Management Consultancy Client on our search for an Interim Manager Level Consultant. This role can be based in London with 6-8 days per month worked at the Belgium site, or can be based in Belgium, with occasional visits to the UK office. Flemish / French speaking is advantageous. This is an immediate start role and will run for 6 - 12 months.

Excellent Consultancy and a market leading global distribution and manufacturing organisation / end Client. The organisation is undertaking a large, multi-year enterprise transformation to modernise core business processes, replace and upgrade critical platforms, and improve the availability, quality and usability of business and operational data. Delivery is executed within a complex, multi-vendor environment, with multiple system integrator partners and varying levels of vendor dependency across projects - so having a strong technical delivery and data background is a definite pre-requisite. Navigation within this environment requires strong project delivery experience (with experience delivering complex technical programmes) and rigorous governance skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead level 1 planning activities, dependency management, and reporting across the transformation portfolio, including maintaining the 6–12 month roadmap and ongoing validation through analysis (dependencies, capacity etc.).
  • Coordinate inputs from project managers to ensure integrated schedules, cross-project visibility, and consistent reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Own portfolio reporting, preparing clear, actionable insights and messaging for the Transformation Board and senior leadership.
  • Support impact analysis for cross-project dependencies and advise on contingency planning.
  • Support the ongoing transition to a Jira-centric reporting model, migrating Google Sheets reporting into Jira and ensuring accurate, reliable portfolio data.
  • Collaborate closely with Transformation leadership, project managers, and vendors.
