Manager
£70,000 – £85,000 + up to 20% bonus + benefits
Tarka Talent is working with a leading boutique consultancy that is dedicated to helping leaders and frontline teams improve health, transform healthcare, embed life science innovation and boost growth through investment. The firm serves the entire healthcare sector, from healthcare systems and life sciences to health tech and sector suppliers. They provide end-to-end services, spanning strategy, finance, performance, organisational improvement, data and digital.
They are currently looking for a Manager to join their team, who will be expected to be involved in managing the delivery of multiple projects at once. They will also lead junior members of the team and stakeholder communication. They will be expected to get involved with Business Development activities, although no revenue target is provided at this level.

Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in a relevant space, with at least 3 of these in a management consultancy

- Has been in a Manager-grade role, managing projects on their own
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm
- Heavy experience with healthcare/life sciences clients
- Has been involved in some Business Development activities
- Strong consulting skills eg analytical skills, project planning, running workshops, managing c-suite stakeholders, managing projects
- An accounting qualification is a bonus
The logistics:
My client offers a salary of £70,000 – £85,000 , with prosperous company benefits. This role is Central London based, with WFH flexibility and flexible daily working hours, but is mainly in-office.
