The Managing Consultant will play a key role in client delivery, internal capability building, and team development. You\’ll be part of a high-trust, high-impact culture that values authenticity as much as expertise.
Role Highlights
The Managing Consultant will…
β Lead on solution design and delivery for client engagements across change, technology, and transformation
β Shape and manage small delivery teams to drive performance and results
β Build trusted relationships and ensure every client touchpoint is outstanding
β Mentor and coach junior consultants to strengthen internal talent
β Contribute to internal service development and proposition building
You Will Need
β 6+ years\’ consulting experience in generalist or cross-functional roles
β Ability to flex across change management, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement
β Confidence facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and storytelling with data
β A client-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and deliver value
β An appetite for innovation and growth in a non-traditional consulting environment
