The Managing Consultant will play a key role in client delivery, internal capability building, and team development. You\’ll be part of a high-trust, high-impact culture that values authenticity as much as expertise.

Role Highlights

The Managing Consultant will…

– Lead on solution design and delivery for client engagements across change, technology, and transformation

– Shape and manage small delivery teams to drive performance and results

– Build trusted relationships and ensure every client touchpoint is outstanding

– Mentor and coach junior consultants to strengthen internal talent

– Contribute to internal service development and proposition building

You Will Need

– 6+ years\’ consulting experience in generalist or cross-functional roles

– Ability to flex across change management, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement

– Confidence facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and storytelling with data

– A client-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and deliver value

– An appetite for innovation and growth in a non-traditional consulting environment
