We are working with a fast-growing, people-first consultancy based in Belfast, known for solving complex problems through practical, human-led solutions. The Managing Consultant will play a key role in client delivery, internal capability building, and team development. You will be part of a high-trust, high-impact culture that values authenticity as much as expertise.
Role Highlights- Lead on solution design and delivery for client engagements across change, technology, and transformation
- Shape and manage small delivery teams to drive performance and results
- Build trusted relationships and ensure every client touchpoint is outstanding
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to strengthen internal talent
- Contribute to internal service development and proposition building
- 6+ years' consulting experience in generalist or cross-functional roles
- Ability to flex across change management, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Confidence facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and storytelling with data
- A client-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and deliver value
- An appetite for innovation and growth in a non-traditional consulting environment
- £60k–£90k base, dependent on experience
- 30 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays)
