Management Consultant

Location: London

Working Pattern: 3 days on-site/in the office

I'm currently partnering with a highly respected specialist management consultancy that works with some of the UK's largest and most complex organisations to deliver transformational change.

Unlike many consulting firms, they operate with small, experienced teams, working directly alongside senior client leaders to solve critical business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. Their consultants are trusted advisors, embedded within client organisations and involved from shaping strategy through to execution.

As part of continued growth, they are looking to appoint experienced Management Consultants to join their London team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading significant workstreams within complex transformation programmes
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
  • Helping clients shape, mobilise and deliver large-scale business and technology change
  • Managing project plans, risks, dependencies and governance activities
  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops and driving key decisions
  • Building trusted client relationships and becoming a valued advisor
  • Translating complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Supporting programme delivery from strategy through to implementation

What We're Looking For

  • 6–12 years of consulting experience
  • Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level (or equivalent) within a leading consulting firm
  • Proven experience leading teams, workstreams, projects or programmes
  • Strong programme and project management capabilities
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and simplify complex ideas
  • Exposure to technology-enabled transformation programmes
  • A collaborative approach and genuine interest in working closely with clients and colleagues

Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable

  • End-to-end transformation delivery experience, from strategy through implementation
  • Budget ownership or commercial responsibility within programmes
  • Experience delivering technology or digital transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycles, including design, build, testing and deployment
