We are hiring a Senior Consultant for our US practice, working primarily across smaller to mid-sized consultancies in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities
- Cross-sell interim solutions to existing clients
- Facilitate and attend client meetings
- Stay abreast of market conditions
- Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems
- Present findings to client in concise and clear manner Identify opportunities for improved processes
- Work closely with delivery team to provide top candidates
Qualifications
- 2-5 years perm recruitment experience
- Understanding of working with consultancies
Up to £40k base salary + bonus
Clearly defined promotion targets
Hybrid & flexible working (3 days onsite)
