We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS organisation in the energy sector to hire an experienced Project Manager into their Professional Services team. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll take full ownership of projects end-to-end—working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful, high-quality outcomes.
The Role
- Own end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to completion and handover
- Lead client engagement, providing guidance, challenge, and support throughout
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including implementation, testing, and migration
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide clear, consistent updates to both internal and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of project financials and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering SaaS or software implementation projects
- Strong background in client-facing project delivery environments
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex environments
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to stay calm and structured in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
