I'm working with an award-winning, boutique consultancy, who are looking to build the leadership team of their growing Insurance practice in the UK. They have a fantastic track record in financial services and are now looking to take their success in banking to the insurance industry.
The Insurance team partners with leading institutions to create and execute sustainable transformation initiatives across their businesses. They focus on commercial and specialty insurers and brokers to deliver market-leading strategic change. Their work covers risk and regulation, operational transformation, and data & digital transformation.
This role is an opportunity to lead a growing capability - building the insurance practice in the UK. Candidates will have had experience leading projects across:
- Risk & Regulatory change
- Operations transformation
Insurance experience is an absolute must, specifically in commercial & strategy insurance. You will also need to have experience delivering projects, managing a team, and developing new and existing clients.
This role is based in London.
