The Consultant / Senior Consultant – Data Management will play a pivotal role at the intersection of advisory, strategy and delivery, helping organisations turn complex data challenges into clear, actionable outcomes that enable AI-ready, trusted data foundations.
Role Highlights- Advise senior stakeholders on data management, governance and AI-enabled data strategy
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and roadmaps
- Design data management operating models, including stewardship, standards and processes
- Shape governance, data quality and MDM approaches that enable compliant, ethical AI
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and data scientists to embed governance by design
- Proven experience delivering data management, governance or MDM initiatives
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Ataccama or Microsoft Purview
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience defining data stewardship roles within federated or centralised models
- Background in consulting, analytics, data engineering or data architecture
- Clear progression from Consultant to Senior Consultant with structured development
- Funded professional certifications (e.g. DAMA, cloud and data platforms)
