The Senior Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) will play a key role in bridging business needs and practical solutions, working with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, improve processes, and support successful transformation initiatives.
The Senior Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) will:
- Analyse current and future business processes to identify improvements and create clear transformation roadmaps
- Develop process models, documentation, business cases, and solution recommendations
- Facilitate workshops that connect business teams with technical specialists
- Support testing, change adoption, and project delivery from early discovery through implementation
5+ years’ experience in business analysis within complex change or transformation environments
- Experience across full project lifecycles, including Agile delivery approaches
- Knowledge of process modelling techniques, requirements management, and analysis tools
