We are working with a leading consultancy firm delivering operational transformation programmes across infrastructure, retail and manufacturing. Due to continued growth, our client is hiring a Consulting Leader to lead high-value programmes, manage senior stakeholders and drive measurable operational improvements.
What you will be doing:
- Lead transformation programmes delivering measurable client value across operational improvement initiatives
- Manage multi-disciplinary consulting teams of up to 15 people across multiple workstreams
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, sponsors and executive leadership teams
- Oversee programme governance including reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Proactively lean in to develop your teams, considering their long-term career aspirations and development goals and how you can best support them
What weβre looking for:
- Proven experience leading operational transformation or consulting programmes at Senior Manager or Director level
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence presenting to executive-level clients
- Experience managing complex delivery teams across multiple projects or workstreams
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify risks, opportunities and strategic priorities
- Experience in the retail/FMCG sector
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home during the week when required
