You’ll join a consultancy trusted by well-known organisations, valued for its hands-on approach, and committed to building sustainable performance improvements that stick. The Practice Director will take ownership of driving revenue, growing client accounts, and overseeing the delivery of high-value transformation projects that deliver measurable ROI. You’ll lead talented teams, build senior stakeholder relationships, and generate innovative solutions that tackle complex operational challenges.

- Strong leadership and client engagement skills at senior levels
- Familiarity with consultative sales approaches such as SPIN or equivalent
