Looking to take on meaningful projects that truly make a difference? Our client, a high-growth specialist consultancy, is expanding their associate consulting network (Consultant & Senior Consultants required) to meet rising project demand across healthcare transformation and systems improvement.
This is a flexible, agile model designed to work around your availability – giving you the chance to plug in to change-driving initiatives while retaining independence.
You will join an experienced pool of industry specialist consultants helping to deliver large-scale change across healthcare systems and providers. From digital transformation to operational redesign and driving efficiencies, the work is varied, impactful, and often fast-moving.
Day Rate: £300 – £500 Approx.
Must have: Management Consulting and NHS / Health experience
IR35 Status: Outside
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
Interviews: Wk Comm 28th July
You will:
– Collaborate projects across strategy, operations, and delivery
– Provide surge capacity for major transformation programmes
– Shape and deliver analytical, operational, and clinical solutions
– Work as part of high-performing teams on project-by-project
– Operate flexibly, with work aligned to your expertise
You will need:
– Demonstrable experience in healthcare consulting
– Experience of NHS / wider UK healthcare landscape
– Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
– Proven ability to operate as an independent consultant
– Comfort working remotely & adapting to new clients
