By combining strategy, design, technology and data-led thinking, they partner with complex organisations to solve user-centred challenges and deliver meaningful digital outcomes at scale.
You Will Need
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end user research in agile environments
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience working within large-scale, complex or regulated environments
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility
- Experience working with GDS standards
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Eligible for SC Clearance (or currently hold active SC Clearance)
