Salary Range: £200,000 – £250,000 + performance bonus

Location: London | Hybrid 3–4 days per week

Our client is a well-established advisory firm that partners with senior business leaders and organisations to support critical leadership and organisational decisions. Working across a range of complex and fast-paced environments, they help clients improve performance through leadership assessment, executive development, team effectiveness and strategic advisory services. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Client Partner to join their senior consulting team.

The Opportunity

This Client Partner will operate as a trusted adviser to senior executives, leadership teams and key stakeholders, delivering commercially impactful insight during periods of growth, change and transformation. The role combines strategic client leadership, business development and hands-on advisory delivery, making it well suited to an individual who brings both strong commercial acumen and expertise in leadership assessment and development.

Role Highlights

  • Mentor and develop Consultants and Principals while maintaining exceptional delivery standards

You Will Need

  • Demonstrated experience within leadership advisory, executive consulting, organisational development or a related field
  • A strong background in psychology, behavioural science, leadership assessment or executive development methodologies
  • Proven credibility working with senior executives, leadership teams and boards
  • Experience advising organisations through periods of growth, change or transformation
  • Strong commercial awareness alongside relationship management and business development capability
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
