I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing management consultancies to hire an exceptional Client Director with deep experience in the utilities and energy sector.

💼 The Role
The Client Director will play a pivotal role in driving growth, shaping strategic engagements, and leading consulting teams to deliver exceptional results.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the utilities sector — identifying opportunities, solving complex challenges, and helping shape the future of the industry.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships at senior and C-suite level, becoming a trusted advisor and thought leader.
- Identify, create, and secure new business opportunities through your network and sector expertise.
- Lead and inspire consulting teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, practical solutions that achieve measurable impact.
- Shape and oversee complex transformation programmes that deliver sustainable change.
- Represent the firm across industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.
