My Client are a Mid-Market P.E Backed, Advisory & Professional Services Firm (Top 40) recruiting for a Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager to join their Strategy & Transformation Team on a 12m FTC. This is an urgent requirement for my Client - so ideally you will be immediately available, but definitely having no longer than a month's notice.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the centre of their Strategy and Transformation team, leading the end-to-end integration of a recently merged or acquired entity into the Firm. You'll be responsible for turning strategic deal ambitions into practical, measurable outcomes — from Day 1 readiness, through to full operational integration.

My Client are in a period of exciting growth, so the successful incumbent will need to be a structured, diligent, and change-driven individual that is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, accurately, and at pace.

Role Priorities:

  • Own and drive the master integration plan
  • Lead the Integration Management Office (IMO)
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • Track synergy delivery
  • Drive Day 1 readiness and beyond
  • Lead business change and culture integration activity

To Succeed, you will need:

  • 8+ years managing complex post-merger, acquisition, or large-scale business transformation programmes.
  • Strong end-to-end programme delivery and governance experience, with the ability to hold workstream leads to account
  • Experience of integrating complex tech stacks
  • Experience leading business change activity alongside operational integration — including culture, communications, and people change
  • Experience across multiple business functions — including Finance, IT, HR, and Operations

Ideally you will have a Consulting / Corporate Development background, with experience of multiple, previous integrations and qualifications in Project or Programme Management - PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent.
