The

Principal Consultant will lead transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption, combining process excellence, data-led analysis, automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve performance across financial services.

  • Strong process mapping capability, including methodologies such as SIPOC or BPMN.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and deliverable stories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills across senior audiences.
